Las Vegas is globally renowned as the world capital of entertainment, including a variety of large productions, original Broadway shows, original shows of the brand Cirque du Soleil, not to mention the wide variety of international artists and the vibrant nightlife with the trendiest DJs in the world. All this is wrapped in a vibrant and exclusive atmosphere with hotels that are themselves already an attraction, always majestic and very bright. The city is also known as a gastronomic destination that includes Michelin, AAA Diamond and Forbes certification. Another main attraction is the various shopping malls and outlets located on the Strip or a few minutes from it.

Las Vegas and UFC

Scenario
To promote Las Vegas and its gastronomic diversity, entertainment, adventure and varieties of shopping, and also to provide to some of the main communication channels of the Brazilian press the opportunity to attend a UFC fight of the Brazilian fighter Anderson Silva.

Action
The O Estado de S. Paulo and Gazeta do Povo newspapers, the Men’s Health magazine and the Papo de Homem blog were invited by LVCVA for a press trip conducted during the fight period of Anderson Silva at the destination.

Results
The action resulted in a cover story of the 'Travel' section of the O Estado de São Paulo newspaper, in March 2015. Other four articles were posted on their website, and other articles were also posted on the other communication channels that participated in the project.





Viagem e Turismo magazine

Scenario
To position Las Vegas as the best entertainment destination of the United States, by promoting the experience including gastronomic, shows, nightlife, shopping activities and all that the destination has to offer.

Action
Through our good relationship with Viagem e Turismo magazine, we provide an excellent material and information to this issue and we supported the trip of their team to Las Vegas in 2014.

Results
The trip resulted in the first cover dedicated to Las Vegas of the magazine and a report of 33 pages related to the destination and nearby locations, with 12 exclusive pages about its tourist attractions.

Experience Las Vegas

Scenario
As it is a very dynamic city which is always in changing, there is a constant need to show to the tourist trade the news of the destination, so that they can offer Las Vegas and all its attractions to their customers.

Action
We created the "Vegas Experience" project and in a partnership with Aeromexico, we took 50 operators from Latin America to enjoy and get to know all the news from Las Vegas. During four days, the operators had the opportunity to participate in business rounds with 24 suppliers from Las Vegas, to meet the most sold attractions in the city, such as the Cirque du Soleil shows, to visit the Grand Canyon, to drive the amazing race cars, to make inspection in hotels, and even to attend lectures about the different attractions on the outskirts of the city. Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Mexico were the countries that participated in this action.

Results
We noticed a significant increase in the sales of all participating countries, and we identified the presence of Las Vegas travel packages in the portfolios of the operators in countries in which the sales volume was unimpressive, such as Ecuador and Peru. On the other hand, in Brazil, where the sales and demand volume are consolidated, we realized a significant increase of direct contracts between the suppliers from Las Vegas and the Brazilian operators companies.
