To promote the attractions, diversity and the neighborhoods of New York. To show that the Big Apple is not only Times Square and Manhattan.

Action
The 'O Estado de São Paulo' newspaper traveled to New York as a guest of NYC & Company aiming to visit different neighborhoods and districts of the city, and to promote cultural activities and the attractions of the destination.

Results
The trip resulted in six exclusive pages about New York in the Tourism section of the newspaper.





Partnership between New York and São Paulo

Scenario
Exchange of practices and mutual cooperation in tourism between New York and São Paulo.

Action
São Paulo and New York celebrated a Partnership Agreement to boost Tourism between the Cities in 2011, which was subsequently renewed. In a partnership with SPTuris and NYC & Company, Interamerican developed the strategy for the partnership and articulated the engagement between the cities, by providing the strategic support and sharing intelligence market information on both sides. The agreement established the exchange of experiences, advertising spaces, engagement of the press and social media between the two cities, with exclusive focus on tourism. At the same time, the actions with commercial focus had great prominence. American Airlines, for example, created a campaign with a promotional rate for the end consumer in the São Paulo – New York – São Paulo route.

Results
Great cooperation in New York actions in Sao Paulo, media exposure and increased flow of travelers from Brazil to the American city.
SPTuris and NYC & Company sign a partnership agreement to boost tourism

Broadway Visits Brazil

Scenario
To promote the attractions of New York positioning it as the "Mecca" of the best shows in the world.

Action
In a partnership with SPTuris, Broadway Collection, Starwoods Hotels and Resorts, American Airlines, Travel Ace and Delta Airlines, we coordinated in 2011 and 2014 the performance of pocket shows from Broadway for exclusive presentations for the press and the tourist trade.

Results
Great repercussion in the press and engagement with the tourist trade.
