Las Vegas is known as the entertainment capital of the world, with a variety of great productions, original Broadway shows and Cirque du Soleil shows, not to mention the resident artists of the caliber of Aerosmith and Lady Gaga and the lively nightlife with DJs like Armin van Buuren and Steve Aoki. All of this involved in a vibrant atmosphere, with hotels that in themselves are already an attraction: majestic and bright, bring much more than just lodging. The city is also known as a gastronomic destination, with restaurants awarded with Michelin Guide, AAA Diamond and Forbes certifications. Another great attraction of the place are the several shopping centers and outlets located on and around the Strip.

objective

The gastronomy exchange experience between São Paulo and Las Vegas was created to consolidate Las Vegas as a culinary destination and highlight its gastronomic scene and its celebrity chefs, talking to a luxury and lifestyle audience interested in gastronomy.

project

We invited one of the best Brazilian chef, Bel Coelho - from the Clandestino restaurant, in São Paulo -, to exchange with chef Rick Mooney, owner of two restaurants in Las Vegas. Both chefs are known for working with sustainable cuisine. Together, they created a special three-course menu, served in a three-day activation on a Las Vegas food truck, parked in a famous São Paulo square. About 400 menus were distributed per day, with Glamurama as a media and promotion partner. A gif video stand was placed next to the food truck to encourage engagement on social media and increase Las Vegas' digital presence.
